Stratify’s unique method of layering helps students focus and stay organized while they learn. Finished layers maps also serve as a useful
reference tool for communicating with teachers and classmates. Stratify's scaffolding tools, the Planning Tool, "Things to Consider" Panel,
and Reflection Journal, provide guidance and prompt more holistic and efficient thinking practices. Finally, Reflection Stickers ease students
into practicing the important but intimidating skill of metacognition through a fun and easy exercise.

Research

Research was conducted over the course of four months. Using an interdisciplinary approach, methods included primary research -a survey, expert and user interviews, observations, and workshops- and secondary research from text books, academic journals, and other online resources for educators.
